Brent has been actively managing investments for his clients since 2007 and for himself since the age of 12 years old; buying his first equity investment at that time. Brent currently holds series 7, 66, 24 licenses, as well as the Tennessee Insurance Licenses and is an Accredited Asset Management Specialist. Brent is an entrepreneur, starting McCay Wealth Advisory in 2011 and Brent’s Professional Lawn Service at the age of 12 (a company that started with one lawn and grew to a business with a revenue run rate of $120,000 at the age of 17).
Brent holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Pepperdine University in Business Administration, is active with Pepperdine Waves Alumni Association, and serves as a student mentor for the university. Brent also gained international business experience when working in Tokyo, Japan for Hitachi Ubiquitous Division, and has studied abroad in Heidelberg Germany in 2004. Brent is the great, great, great, great grandson of William “Rock” Martin (one of the founders of Rock Island), and his family has been active in the Middle Tennessee Area since the 1790’s. Brent, and his wife, Suzy, have seven precious children and Brent enjoys coaching them on the soccer field and basketball court. Their family enjoys traveling and attending church together.
Suzy is a Warren County native who was raised to be very involved in the McMinnville community. Her parents, Lionel and Emily Panter, helped demonstrate the importance of community service and instilled in Suzy the drive to help others. Suzy is a graduate of Warren County High School and past president of the Junior Auxiliary of McMinnville. Suzy currently sits on the CASA Works Board. She and Brent have seven fun and active children together and they enjoy traveling and spending Saturday mornings at the soccer field. Their family are members of Westwood Church of Christ.
Suzy serves as our Chief Operating Officer. She is a licensed member of our team and is most capable in trade and service management. Suzy’s responsibilities include coordinating all operations activities for our branch and practice management. If a problem arises where a solution seems improbable, then Suzy is most likely the person that can fix it. Please feel free to reach out to Suzy for any needs that may arise.
Hayden grew up in Manchester, Tennessee and attended Coffee County Central High School (Class of 2016). From there, Hayden attended Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson, TN where he was an active team member of the Men’s Golf Team. While at Freed-Hardeman University, Hayden completed both his Bachelors in Business Administration while majoring in Accounting and Masters in Business Administration. Hayden is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Tennessee. Additionally, Hayden holds TN Insurance and Series 65 license.
After graduation from Freed-Hardeman University, Hayden worked as a Audit Staff Accountant at LBMC, P.C. in Brentwood, TN. Subsequent to LBMC, Hayden worked as a Senior Internal Auditor on the Revenue Cycle team at Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) in Nashville, TN. Hayden is an active member at the Concord Road Church of Christ in Brentwood, Tennessee. Outside of work, Hayden enjoys golfing, playing guitar, or waterfowl hunting. Hayden is a proud member of the President’s council at Freed-Hardeman University.
Bradley, a native of Viola, Tennessee, pursued his higher education at Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson, TN, where he earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration (Class of 2023). During his time at Freed-Hardeman, he met his wife, Shelby, and together they returned to Viola to establish their home. With a robust background in sales, Bradley is enthusiastic about serving customers in Warren County and the surrounding areas as a licensed member of the MWA team!
In his personal life, Bradley is an active member of the Rockcliff Church of Christ and plays a significant role in his family’s business, Viola’s Pizza Company. He also enjoys going to the gym, woodworking, and staying involved in his home community!
Genesis was born in Miami, Florida, but moved to McMinnville, Tennessee as a child, where she still resides. Before joining our team at McCay Wealth Adivsory, Genesis managed a wireless cellular store. She developed a love for customer service and a skill in teamwork, which she carried with her to serve as a Spanish translator for the Warren County Court System. Genesis serves our clients from the Manchester office. Genesis is a licensed member of our team and is always ready to help.
In her free time, Genesis enjoys going to the gym, spending time with her friends and family, and taking her Belgium Malinois Shepherd, Ceaser, on long hikes. She prefers hiking in the Coffee County area, enjoying the Tennessee beauty it provides. Genesis and her husband, Leo welcomed their first child, Delilah in 2022!
Neil started his career serving 5 years as a sailor in the United States Navy. He served from Oct 6th, 1998 until June 11th, 2003, where he was medically retired as a Petty Officer Third Class. After serving in the military, he found a career as a Customer Service Representative for the Social Security Administration from 2009 until 2019. Following the footsteps of his father, Walter L. Bobo, CPA, Neil found a love for the financial world. Enjoying assisting his customers with their retirement questions at the Social Security Administration, Neil knew that he wanted to help people live, grow, and retire with dignity and grace. Neil currently holds the series 7 and 66 licenses, as well as the Tennessee Insurance Licenses. He recently completed the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor Certification.
Neil is a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He served two terms as Senior Vice President of the VFW on the Lake in Estill Springs, TN. Neil is a father to four wonderful children and a husband to an amazing woman, Mandy Bobo.
Christina was born in Lynchburg, Virginia and moved to Alaska at fifteen years old. Christina married the love of her life, David Womack in 2015. She enjoys working out, cheering on the Atlanta Braves and is an active member of the McMinnville Junior Auxillary and her local church.
Serving and helping others is what drew Christina to McCay Wealth Advisory. As a Client Assistance Specialist, you will be greeted by Christina or speak with her when calling. She will readily assist you as you begin your journey in reaching your financial goals.
Amy has called McMinnville, TN home her entire life. She graduated from Warren County High School. She has three amazing daughters, Keeli, Zoey, and Presley. Bentley their Goldendoodle, claims a top spot in their family as well. Outside of the office, Amy enjoys spending time with her daughters, shopping and cooking.
With and extensive background in the healthcare industry, Amy brings countless assets to McCay Wealth Advisory. Her experience in human resources, scheduling and case management is very beneficial to our practice. Amy will be happy to assist you with appointments, opening your new financial accounts and building wealth plans.
Darla is a native of McMinnville, TN. She and her husband Mark, have two sons, Sloan, and Sawyer. The Seymours enjoy traveling, playing golf, UT football, Braves baseball, friends, and extended family. Their two dogs Boskey and Bentley are a big part of their life. Darla is an avid decorator and enjoys celebrating holidays and birthdays in a grand manor. She is enthusiastic about our community and volunteering. Darla is a past board member for Habitat for Humanity, McMinnville Chamber of Commerce, Life member of Junior Auxiliary, current member of Power of 100, and H.O.M.E.- Homeless of McMinnville Effort.

Kinsley is a Warren County native and a graduate of Warren County High School. Prior to joining our team, Kinsley worked in her family's business at Ryan Lorance Custom Homes as an Administrative Assistant. During this time, she wore many hats but loved the one on one time with clients and guiding them from the beginning stages to completion on their dream homes. Kinsley gained financial experience from working at a local bank, where she was able to nurture her love for customer service. Kinsley serves as a Client Assistance Specialist for our practice and her main responsibilities include client relations.
In her free time, Kinsley enjoys the outdoors and can be found on the water most weekends. She loves being with her family, friends, and her dog, Chaco.
Tatum Baldwin was raised in Manchester where she attended Coffee County High School. After graduation, Tatum attended the University of Tennessee at Martin where she earned a Bachelors Degree in Communications with a minor in Marketing. Tatum then moved to Cape Girardeau, Missouri where she worked as a Producer for KFVS 12. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially her 5 nephews.
