Brent Alan McCay
Brent has been actively managing investments for his Client’s since 2007 and for himself since the age of 12 years old, buying his first equity investment at that time. Brent currently holds series 7, 66, 24 licenses, as well as the Tennessee Insurance Licenses and is an Accredited Asset Management Specialist. Brent is an entrepreneur, starting McCay Wealth Advisory in 2011 and Brent’s Professional Lawn Service at the age of 12 (a company that started with one lawn and grew to a business with a revenue run rate of $120,000 at the age of 17). Brent became a Certified Kingdom Advisor® in 2017.
Brent is an Advisory Board Member for Christian Community Services Inc. in Nashville, Tennessee, Upper Cumberland Local Workforce Development Board, and active with Pepperdine Waves Alumni Association, a Member of The McMinnville Rotary Club, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Pepperdine University in Business Administration. Brent also gained international business experience when working in Tokyo Japan for Hitachi Ubiquitous Division, and has studied abroad in Heidelberg Germany in 2004. Brent is the great, great, great Grandson of William “Rock” Martin (one of the founders of Rock Island), and his family has been active in the Middle Tennessee Area since the 1790’s. Brent has four precious children Alyssa, John, James, & Madelyn McCay.

Debby is a native of Dalton, Georgia where her interests led her to the field of education, working with hearing impaired children as an interpreter. She relocated to McMinnville in 2000 when her husband Rodney became the General Manager/CEO of McMinnville Electric System. Debby began working that same year at Grundy County High School in her chosen vocation of hearing impaired interpreting. After three years of commuting, she desired to spend time closer to home and the McMinnville/Warren County Chamber of Commerce offered her that opportunity.
As the vice-president of Membership Development, she saw first-hand the best of McMinnville. Debby remains an active member of the Leadership McMinnville Steering Committee, where she helps customize the schedule for each new class. Debby serves on several other Chamber of Commerce committees including Education, and the Red Carpet Committee for New Businesses. She is a UT Master Gardener, a member of the McMinnville Garden Club, and is a board member for Main Street McMinnville. Debby and Rodney enjoy traveling and spending time with their 3 children and 3 grandchildren.

Cherita is a resident of Coffee County; moving to Manchester in 2007. Cherita and her husband Chris married in 2007 in Destin, FL and have 2 children. They enjoy camping, kayaking, and University of Tennessee Football. Cherita is a strong supporter of Autism Awareness and Relay for Life.
Cherita enjoys working with people and had the honor of managing the Baskin Robbins store in McMinnville for several years. Cherita's parents are long-time residents of Warren County. Cherita's mother has worked in the nursing field for 30+ years and her father is an avid outdoorsman. In her spare time, Cherita loves decorating and baking elaborate cakes for friends and family.
As a Client Assistance Specialist, Cherita takes on many different roles. Cherita prepares for appointments and creates wealth plans for our clients. She is our operations expert and can assist you with any paperwork, questions regarding your account and beneficiaries, and help you utilize our online tools for easy access.

Wesley Hillis Cook is a native and lifelong resident of Warren County. She is the daughter of Jim and Monti McMahan Hillis, a Quality Inspector at Nissan and a longtime educator and principal, respectively. Church, family, education, and service have all been important factors in Wesley's life. Wesley attended Motlow State Community College where she received an associate’s degree in Social Work in 2011. Before joining McCay Wealth Advisory, she worked at Warren County High School and continues to be an advocate for the FUEL program, which provides food for students each weekend. Wesley is the Secretary of Junior Auxiliary of McMinnville. She enjoys volunteer work with Relay for Life, The American Cancer Society-Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Awareness and Pancreatic Cancer Prevention, and St. Jude's and Monroe Carell Children's Hospitals being favorite causes. Wesley and her husband, Darrell, have four children, Breelyn Caroline, Aiden Edward, Hudson James, and Collin Williams. They enjoy their children's activities, the beach and University of Tennessee sports. They are members of Central Church of Christ.
Wesley is the event planning coordinator at McCay Wealth Advisory LLC, is heavily involved in coordinating client relationships, is a purchasing agent for our Practice, and is involved in other tasks as needed. Please stop by and get to know Wesley.

During the height of the financial crisis in January of 2009 we saw a need to provide investors and our community with a forum and educational opportunity called Coffee Club.
Since February of 2009 it has been in session ever Second Tuesday without fail. During October of 2018 we decided to re-brand it as Investment Insight. At 10am at our Manchester office (Victorian House across from the Rec. Center) and at 6pm at our McMinnville office (Halfway between downtown and the CO-OP on S Chancery Street) we offer our Investment Insight.
