Brent has been actively managing investments for his clients since 2007 and for himself since the age of 12 years old; buying his first equity investment at that time. Brent currently holds series 7, 66, 24 licenses, as well as the Tennessee Insurance Licenses and is an Accredited Asset Management Specialist. Brent is an entrepreneur, starting McCay Wealth Advisory in 2011 and Brent’s Professional Lawn Service at the age of 12 (a company that started with one lawn and grew to a business with a revenue run rate of $120,000 at the age of 17).
Brent is an Advisory Board Member for Christian Community Services Inc. in Nashville, Tennessee, Upper Cumberland Local Workforce Development Board, active with Pepperdine Waves Alumni Association, a member of The McMinnville Rotary Club, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Pepperdine University in Business Administration. Brent also gained international business experience when working in Tokyo, Japan for Hitachi Ubiquitous Division, and has studied abroad in Heidelberg Germany in 2004. Brent is the great, great, great grandson of William “Rock” Martin (one of the founders of Rock Island), and his family has been active in the Middle Tennessee Area since the 1790’s. Brent, and his wife, Suzy, have seven precious children and Brent enjoys coaching them on the soccer field and basketball court. Their family enjoys traveling and attending church together.
Suzy is a Warren County native who was raised to be very involved in the McMinnville community. Her parents, Lionel and Emily Panter, helped demonstrate the importance of community service and instilled in Suzy the drive to help others. Suzy is a graduate of Warren County High School and past president of the Junior Auxiliary of McMinnville. She and Brent have seven fun and active children together and they enjoy traveling and spending Saturday mornings at the soccer field. Their family are members of Westwood Church of Christ.
Suzy serves as our Chief Operating Officer. She is a licensed member of our team and is most capable in trade and service management. Suzy’s responsibilities include coordinating all operations activities for our branch and practice management. If a problem arises where a solution seems improbable, then Suzy is most likely the person that can fix it. Please feel free to reach out to Suzy for any needs that may arise.
Debby is a native of Dalton, Georgia, but relocated to McMinnville in 2000 when her husband, Rodney, became the General Manager/CEO of McMinnville Electric System. Debby began working that same year at Grundy County High School in her chosen vocation of hearing impaired interpreting. After three years of commuting, she desired to spend time closer to home and the McMinnville/Warren County Chamber of Commerce offered her that opportunity. As the vice-president of Membership Development, she saw first-hand the best of McMinnville. Debby remains an active member of the Leadership McMinnville Steering Committee, where she helps customize the schedule for each new class. Debby serves on several other Chamber of Commerce committees including Education, and the Red Carpet Committee for New Businesses. She is a UT Master Gardener, a member of the McMinnville Garden Club, and is a board member for Main Street McMinnville. Debby and Rodney enjoy traveling and spending time with their 3 children and 4 grandchildren.
Debby joined McCay Wealth Advisory in 2016, and has since served in various roles. Debby specializes in building client relationships and can be found at our monthly Investment Insight at our McMinnville office.
Kimberly was born and raised in McMinnville, Tennessee, where she became fluent in both English and Spanish. She graduated from Warren County High School and then earned her Associate's Degree in Accounting from Motlow State Community College. Before joining our team at McCay Wealth Advisory, Kimberly began her career in the financial industry with a local bank. In 2017, she started working as a teller, and later, worked her way up to the Loan Review Assistant. In Kimberly's spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, shopping, and traveling to Mexico to visit family. Her favorite place to visit in Mexico is the beautiful state of Chihuahua.
Kimberly serves as a Client Assistance Specialist in our Manchester office, where she specializes in operations. Kimberly works closely with detailed paperwork, deposits, appointment prep, and handles all accounts payable. You will find Kimberly at the front desk, greeting you with a smile and ready to serve you!
Kinsley is a Warren County native and a graduate of Warren County High School. Prior to joining our team, Kinsley worked in her family's business at Ryan Lorance Custom Homes as an Administrative Assistant. During this time, she wore many hats but loved the one on one time with clients and guiding them from the beginning stages to completion on their dream homes. Kinsley gained financial experience from working at a local bank, where she was able to nurture her love for customer service. Kinsley serves as a Client Assistance Specialist for our practice and her main responsibilities include client relations.
In her free time, Kinsley enjoys the outdoors and can be found on the water most weekends. She loves being with her family, friends, and her dog, Chaco.
Jimena was born and raised in McMinnville and graduated from Warren County High School. She comes from a large family and enjoys spending time with her eleven nieces and nephews! Jimena loves being outside and enjoys going for walks, hiking, and gardening. Sharing the vegetables she grows is one way Jimena likes to give back to her family and friends.
Before joining McCay Wealth Advisory, Jimena served at a jewelry store as a salesperson, and as a medical receptionist at a local clinic. These past experiences taught Jimena the importance of quality customer service and helped her develop a love for serving others. Jimena is our newest addition to our McCay Wealth team and serves in our Manchester office, where she aids in scheduling, appointment prep, building wealth plans, and other administrative tasks.

During the height of the financial crisis in January of 2009 we saw a need to provide investors and our community with a forum and educational opportunity called Coffee Club.
Since February of 2009 it has been in session ever Second Tuesday without fail. During October of 2018 we decided to re-brand it as Investment Insight. At 10am at our Manchester office (Victorian House across from the Rec. Center) and at 6pm at our McMinnville office (Halfway between downtown and the CO-OP on S Chancery Street) we offer our Investment Insight.
