Brent Alan McCay
Brent has been actively managing investments for his Client’s since 2007 and for himself since the age of 12 years old, buying his first equity investment at that time. Brent currently holds series 7, 66, 24 licenses, as well as a Tennessee Insurance Licenses and is an Accredited Asset Management Specialist. Brent is an entrepreneur starting McCay Wealth Advisory in 2011 and Brent’s Professional Lawn Service at the age of 12 (a company that started with one lawn and grew to a business with a revenue run rate of 120,000 at the age of 17).
Brent is the Advisory Board Chair Person for Christian Community Services Inc. in Nashville Tennessee, active with Pepperdine Waves Alumni Association, a Member of The Manchester and McMinnville Rotary Club, as well a Member of the Manchester and McMinnville Chamber of Commerce and holds a Bachelor in Science degree from Pepperdine University in Business Administration. Brent also has international business experiences working in Tokyo Japan for Hitachi Ubiquitous Division and also studying abroad in Heidelberg Germany in 2004. Brent is the great, great, great Grandson of William “Rock” Martin (one of the founders of Rock Island), and his family has been active in the Middle Tennessee Area since the 1790’s. Brent and his wife Katie have three precious children Alyssa, John, & James McCay. Brent and Katie wed on his Family Farm in September of 2011.
Suzy Casey joined McCay Wealth Advisory, LLC in 2013. Suzy is our practices Operational Manager focused on helping our team provide comprehensive wealth management. Suzy has a long history of in-depth customer care having spent the previous 12 years in the care giving field prior to joining McCay Wealth Advisory, LLC. Suzy currently is the service project chair of the Junior Auxiliary Association of McMinnville and also a member of the JA crown club.
Suzy and her husband Brian have three boys: Dylan, Logan, & Ryan and are members of the Westwood Church of Christ in McMinnville. Suzy is a native of Warren County Tennessee and graduate of Warren County High School. Suzy’s family has been very active in the McMinnville community with her father Lionel Panter previously working at Warren Farmers Co-op for 30 years. Suzy’s mother Emily Panter has also worked extensively with numerous local organizations such as Relay for Life and the youth soccer program. Suzy and Brian enjoy hiking, traveling, and playing with their three boys.

Libby Shelton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design. She has a broad range of work experiences highlighted by her successful management of an established and successful dental practice in McMinnville Tennessee for twenty five plus years and by her 3 year tenure at a very successful Law Practice in Manchester, Tennessee. Libby has two amazing daughter’s Lauren Bewick Hitchcock and Lindsey Bewick Kidd.
Libby is and has been involved in numerous charitable and community activities including Junior Auxiliary, Fourth of July and Christmas in the Park Celebrations, Relay for Life, Past Board Member of The McMinnville Country Club, and currently Libby is also active with the First Baptist Church of McMinnville, with recent committee work on the executive and personnel committees. Libby’s hobbies include decorating her home, kayaking-floating down the river, flower gardening, listening to soft jazz, country music, and specifically Billy Joel and Sir Elton John.

Debby is a native of Dalton, Georgia where her interests led her to the field of education, working with hearing impaired children as an interpreter. She relocated to McMinnville in 2000 when her husband Rodney became the General Manager/CEO of McMinnville Electric System. Debby began working that same year at Grundy County High School in her chosen vocation of hearing impaired interpreting. After three years of commuting, she desired to spend time closer to home and the McMinnville/Warren County Chamber of Commerce offered her that opportunity.
As the vice-president of Membership Development, she saw first-hand the best of McMinnville. Debby remains an active member of the Leadership McMinnville Steering Committee, where she helps customize the schedule for each new class. Debby serves on several other Chamber of Commerce committees including Education, and the Red Carpet Committee for New Businesses. She is a UT Master Gardener, a member of the McMinnville Garden Club, and is a board member for Main Street McMinnville. Debby and Rodney enjoy traveling and spending time with their 3 children and 2 grandchildren

Cherita is a resident of Coffee County; moving to Manchester in 2007. Cherita and her Husband Chris married in 2007 in Destin, FL and have now been blessed by their seven year old son and a newborn Baby Girl. They enjoy camping, kayaking, and Tennessee Football. Cherita is a strong supporter of Autism Awareness and Relay for Life.
Cherita enjoys working with people and had the honor of managing the Baskin Robbins Store in McMinnville for several years. Cherita's parents are long-time residents of Warren County. Cherita's mother has worked in the nursing field for 30+ years and her father is an avid outdoorsman. Cherita in her spare time loves decorating and baking elaborate cakes for Friend's and Family.

Katie has over 6 years of experience in the financial services industry and over 10 years of experiences working at Harton Regional Medical Center as a Cardiac Technician. Katie specializes in compliance, bookkeeping, highly detailed paperwork for our practice, and event planning. Katie has a very strong background in writing and actively helps in our quarterly newsletters.
Katie is currently a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and in between work and kids, she is an active student at Tennesse Technological University studying in business. Katie and Brent have three precious children Alyssa, James & John McCay.

During the height of the financial crisis in January of 2009 we saw a need to provide investors and our community with a forum and educational opportunity called Coffee Club.
Since February of 2009 our Coffee Club has been in session ever Second Tuesday without fail. At 10am at our Manchester office (Victorian House across from the Rec. Center) and at 6pm at our McMinnville office (Halfway between downtown and the CO-OP on S Chancery Street) we offer our Coffee Club.
